- An Official School Purchase Order
- An Official Letter Of Authorization on school letterhead signed by the school principal AND bookkeeper.
- 50% payment in advance (official school check, money order or cashiers check).

IT’S FREE. No shipping or surcharges for ground delivery when you buy from DanzGear. . Catalogue items will be received in 3 to 4 weeks. Delivery may be shorter depending on the supplier. Custom items run 4 to 6 weeks. Custom items and embroidery may result in longer delivery times.
